Our Background

The principle have been involved in financing, consulting and internal audit roles and functions over the last 20 years. In his younger days, he was nominated by a large Japanese MNC to participate in youth leadership conference and has also worked for international audit firm performing SOX consulting for U.S companies in Asia. In terms of financing and investments related work, he was one of the pioneer staffs in a trade financing hedge fund and managed trade financing assets over USD 60 million. Subsequently, on the funding side, he has helped raised and managed for companies and clients, trade financing facilities in excess of USD 350 million.

His global network of fund managers includes a physical presence in Silicon Valley and Silicon Hills Austin. Our track record includes raising USD90 million for a single distress real estate private equity. His 15 years of finance experience came mainly from American investment banks.
